How to order a product?

- Fill in the Get an estimate form corresponding to the offer and specify the product (sail size, board volume) if it is a special offer.

- If you want to pre-order a product, please do not forget to check the pre-order checkbox.

We answer you, help you to make the best choice and confirm that the product is available.
Once your payment has been received (see bellow), we confirm you that your order has been sent.

General sales policy and conditions :

  1. Delivery fees are added to the price of the order, and depend on the weight and the distance.
    (For shipping in Europe, please contact us)
  2. Total delivery times depend on the distance (24 to 72 h) except Express 24 H (fees + 30%).


  3. You can pay by check denominated in Euros. (Please send your payment to the address below.)


  4. You can also pay when you receive your order. Please contact us to know how it costs.


  5. You can also pay by Creditcard by contacting us by phone and providing us a valid card number.
    Then payment is immediate, and the order can be sent the same day (for a payment before 3.30am).


  6. Sometimes (contact us) it is possible to pay using a credit transfer.


  7. Orders are delivered by Geodis Calberson, one of the most important European haulage network.
